Athleisure: Work to Weekend Must Haves

My goal in life is to dress quickly, comfortably and maintain a fashionable front.  I’m still working it out but here’s where I’m at.  Athleisure.

I’m obsessed with this simple look – my compliments to Athleta’s Travel Collection.  Toss on a jean jacket or bomber to make this more work appropriate.

The easy answer to dressing up any athleisure look is always going to be the accessories.  I chose Diamond Nexus Alternative studs to add sparkle but maintain the simple, effortless vibe I always go for.  A stacked wrist is always a nice sloppy-chic vibe, that pays off what I’m going for.

You’ll see my David Yurman cuff a lot but the Diamond Nexus Bound Bracelet is a nice touch to dress up my otherwise casual outfit.  The bound bracelet is youthful with it’s bolo tie clasp. Lastly, my black rhodium dipped ring – jury is out of the black rhodium in terms of longevity but the overall look is amazing, fun and not too feminine.

In my opinion the shoes need to be comfortable! Always. Thick heel, lots of coverage to dress up the look. For the weekend vibe I’ll go to flat Mules.

I should add the KKW nude lip collection is just enough color to feel put together but not enough to take away from the low key, I-didn’t-really-try-look.
